Jet Black Training Rollers

October 20, 2012 by Bike Trainer Reviews Leave a Comment

Australian company Jet Black have delivered a set of training rollers to their usual high standard. Jet Black Training Rollers are a no frills way of keeping up fitness levels when the weather does not permit, or as a warm up aid before a race or trial. The bonus with the Jet Black Training Rollers is that they are so simple to use. Once adjusted to the length of the bike frame, they can be folded out to use and folded in half to store or transport. Coming from Australia, thought has been given to temperature conditions; being aluminium, the rollers will remain unaffected by heat or sunlight.

Usability

It could hardly be simpler to use your Jet Black Training Rollers and the beauty of them is that they are easily adjustable to different users. Balance is something that is often forgotten in training and a turbo trainer gives no opportunity to maintain this skill. With these rollers, not only is endurance and speed maintained, but focus is also given to balance and core strength. The micro muscle movements involved in balance are well honed, thus enhancing your skills when you are later on the road.

Features

Even if you have more sophisticated training aids at your disposal, Jet Black Training Rollers are a good buy delivering a good quality roller at a very competitive price. Because they are so easy to set up and pack away, these rollers are a good option for getting in a quick training session when time is limited. It is generally believed that doing too much training on a fixed wheel trainer can result in balance problems for the first leg of a race – the Jet Black Training Rollers would eliminate this problem, because they are difficult to balance on and so your focus is conditioned.

Although rollers are generally believed to be noisier than other types of trainer, the sealed bearings and aluminium rollers of the Jet Black Training Rollers keep the noise to an acceptable minimum and so they can be used indoors without annoying people. Because of the non-slip feet and stable base design, there is no extra rock which can add to the noise.

The Verdict?

These rollers offer a good value option in the roller category. They are built to last and will certainly go a long way to fine tune your performance and overall fitness.
